I wanted the beautiful inky Indigo-blue Australian sapphire to balance effortlessly between the high rectangular shoulders .
“My brief called for a ring with a locally sourced sapphire representing my son Indigo, featuring reclaimed gold from a family ring, incorporating elements of Art Deco design.
Camilla wowed me with the most incredible inky-blue, hand-mined, ethically sourced Australian sapphire, then further wowed me with a sophisticated yet mind-blowing design, with all my requested elements. She didn’t even bat an eyelid when I came in saying, ‘I had a dream that it had rubies!’ Excitedly we looked at each other. Her response: ‘Of course it does!’ What a delight.
